Are there blinders on all the hosts and hostesses of conservative talk radio? What do you think being a person of faith means....being a person of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ? To me, faith and belief in the Lord of the universe should affect everything that I do and say concerning secular and spiritual issues as well! Think about the very nature and need for “religion”. There can only be one true God! There can not be any others if you think through what “religion” is all about! If I truly believe that God, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, offers eternal wisdom (God’s values and ways of doing things) from above, I would be a fool to think that this wisdom should not direct my decisions and policy making as the president of the “greatest nation on God’s green earth”. Please don’t let me hear another person say that the “religion” of the candidate should have nothing to do with the way the president runs the country! If he or she can be deceived in the most important decision concerning our in-this-world existence, he or she can be deceived in the least important issues in guiding our great (or fast becoming not so great) nation! I will not follow anyone who is following a false prophet be it Muhammad, Joseph Smith, or any other deceiver.
These are strong words. Bible-believing followers of Jesus Christ want a man in office who will be greatly affected by the convictions he has because of his genuine faith in the One and only God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Father of the Lord Jesus Christ.
